Hyatt Regency Dusseldorf offers guests and local residents a selection of unique dining and entertainment outlets.

The hotel’s signature restaurant features an alluring open show kitchen and stunning views of the MediaHafen and surrounding architecture. Offering indoor or al fresco options in the warmer months, the restaurant features offer contemporary European cuisine with local products. A bar on top of the restaurant treats guests to a 360-degree view of the surrounding area with al fresco options in the summer.

Within the restaurant, the bar offers counter seating and serves a combination of white drinks and fresh seafood, while the sushi chef prepares his delicacies right in front of the guests.

Hotel guests and local residents can enjoy an international bar atmosphere in the hotel bar or relax in the smokers’ lounge.

At the peninsula end of the hotel, the restaurant's two private dining rooms overlook the River Rhine and offer a beautiful view of the city. The rooms, which can be combined, each measure 80 sq m, with seating for up to 40 people per room.  Alternatively, guests can use the entire space to host a standing cocktail reception for 100 people.  Diners also have access to a private adjacent outdoor terrace for pre-dinner drinks and hors d'oeuvres.

The hotel also offers a small self-service restaurant that caters both to hotel employees and local guests.  This unique concept, with its own entrance from the promenade, provides local business clients with a quick, quality dining option for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
